Jeanette's career began in 1973 as a graduate nurse at Yakima Memorial Hospital and continues through today as a full-time charge nurse, on-site, at Archstone AFH. Jeanette has worked in almost all hospital settings for the past 33 years and brings a level of experience and commitment unmatched in todays Adult Family Home community. Whether it's using her advanced assessment experience or her ability to handle a multitude of healthcare crises, Jeanette can be counted on to make timely, accurate decisions regarding the client's health and to take appropriate action to ensure the well being of the clients that she serves. Jeanette enjoys gardening, caring for her grandchildren, spending time in Seaside, Oregon. Jeanette chose to enter the Adult Family Home community after caring for her father the past 10 years until his passing in 2003. It was at that time that Jeanette realized the unmet needs of the "Greatest Generation" and at that time Archstone Adult Family Home became a vision.
Michael's career began in 1988 as a Navy Hospital Corpsman serving with honor and distinction. As a Veteran of the first Gulf War, he has been in health care industry for the past 19 years. His experience has included work in many multidisciplinary settings that include Medical, Surgical, Psychiatric, Restorative and Rehabilitative care. Currently, he is employed as an Emergency Room Charge Nurse at Highline Medical Center in Burien, but now has the opportunity to provide full-time, on-site patient care for his homes. Known for his ability to adjust to any and all health care emergencies, his ability to assess the needs of his clients is remarkable. Michael enjoys scuba diving, fishing and spending time with his wife and two boys.
